Booking Information
The information on this page is being updated
a) A 25% deposit is required to secure all bothy & cottage bookings. These must be made immediately upon booking. The outstading balances will be due no later than 30 days before your arrival. .
b) Deposits are non-refundable.
c) Subletting is not allowed.
d) For the campsite, booking can be made through the links on site and operate on a similar discount and balance scheme as the bothy & cottage. Booking terms are clearly stated through the booking process and in your booking confirmation
e) It is possible to pay cash upon arrival for the campsite and the bothy, but you are obligated to check availability before you travel as there may not always be space.
f) Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is made.
g) If you have any allergies, chemical intolerances, or bedding requirements please let us know on booking. If you have condition that requires EMS (emergency medical services) we are required to know prior to your booking.

Arrivals
Cottage and Sole Use of Bothy arrivals are generally 4pm but if you need to arrive sooner we can usually have the place ready earlier, please contact us to make arrangements - this does much depend on the previous guests. Departure is 10am on leaving day. On arrival all guests are requested to park in the bothy or cottage parking spaces - but you will receive a text or email prior to your arrival with instructions about your chosen accommodation.
Other things
More pots, laundry, wood and more can be provided if requested, please ask for availability and prices. A serviced laundry and drying facility is available in Ullapool.
